The service which we have received at coral reef hotel was an amazing. Hotel staff was so helpful n polite with us. We have enjoyed spa facility at coral reef resort and everyone must try.. they have arranged candle light dinner for us and lift up our mood to the next level.. 5 start rating to the hotel n resort as well

Lovely suite. A little farther off from the city Service by all the staff was terrific. Always smiling and ready to serve. The highlight was the restaurant - honeycomb. Excellent food at their restaurant. Anita served us at the restaurant during our stay and her service was excellent.

Everything is nice in this hotel except the location. Location is very far away from tourist spots. But the staff are really welcoming, everyone here knows their job, they always put smile in their face. Rooms are also good but as we booked from MMT, I don't know why they have provided one room with a balcony. Toilets and rooms are well cleaned. They have very nice restaurant but it doesn't have much healthy food options. Hotel authority should have it in their mind that many people prefer homely food options during their stays.

Good hotel and very good service and staff. Slightly away from the market in a residential area, small property, no pool or gym. Restaurant is very good and the manager,Mr.Rahul and staff are exceptionally hospitable and supportive. Great food and quick service. Very accommodating for kid's food and allowed us early check in too. Nice experience.

We had booking in the hotel on very short notice, still we got the very fine room and it was spacious and clean. The staff here is courteous, polite amd extremely polite, special mention to receptionist ms. Santoshi and service staff Mr. Firdaus Alam, he was genuine and attentive. What we were amazed with was the food, the chef Mr. Mithun, he has hands on every cuisome and rhe food was made carefully and made our dinner enjoyable. Would recommend this to others and would love to visit again.

Beautiful hotel! Very good, courteous and supportive staff! Clean and hygienic rooms! The in-house restaurant "Honeycomb" is very good! Once you taste the food here, you may not have to visit any other place for meals! :)

Posh rooms, good service and food. Mr. Rabi had done all arrangements for us in advance. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Firdosh and others at the restaurant were very cooperative. Overall had a pleasant stay!

I enjoyed my stay. Staff were polite and courteous. They were helpful. Rooms are neat and spacious. Well maintained. They have looked into every minute details in the room including installing a shaving mirror. Food was very good. I recommend this hotel.
